Transfer from Venice airport to Venice city center

After your landing, and sequently baggage collection, directly in the arrival area of the Venice “Marco Polo” airport, there will be our local host waiting for you, with a sign with your name on, in order to recognize each other in a very quick way.  

After the meeting, a quick and easy 10 minutes walking will lead you directly at the pier of the airport, where your private water taxi will be waiting for you, in order to bring you in Venice downtown. 

This fantastic and relaxable boat ride, for the first along Venetian lagoon, in the seconf part just in the heart of Venice downtown, will be in the company of the local host, who will stay with you all the time, until you definitely reach your final destination (hotel, Bed&breakfast, house, apartment) in Venice city center.

In case of any problem with motion sickness, please don’t forget to bring with you your travel gum! 

Please, keep in mind that not all the places in Venice have a private pier (water entrance), thus not all the places in Venice can be straightly reached by boat: in any case, the drop off place will be chosen as the best and closest one to your final destination. 

• Duration: about 30/40 minutes by water taxi from Venice airport pier to closest pier to your accomodation (more or less, according to weather and traffic condition)
• Price: per boat (free for children up to 2 years old)
• Party: from 1 up to 4 per boat.
• In case of a larger party, please book more than 1 boat.
• Baggage: A boat/water taxi is a vehicle with limited stocking space, and you are entitled to carry with you 1 (one) regular size suitcase plus 1 (one) small size (i.e. laptop bag, tiny backpack, ladies size traveling bag). 

In case of more than 2 baggage per person (1 suitcase and a lady size bag), each extra bag must be booked in the system (up to a maximum of 3 per car/ 10 per minivan).

• Duration: 40 minutes (more or less, according to weather and traffic condition)
• Price: per person (free for children up to 2 years old)
• Party: from 1 up to 6 per boat.
• In case of a larger party, please book more than 1 boat.
• Baggage: A water taxi is a medium size boat, and you  are entitled to carry with you 1 (one) regular size suitcase plus a small one (i.e. laptop bag, tiny backpack, ladies size traveling bag). 
• In case of more than 2 baggage per person (1 suitcase and a lady size bag), each extra bag must be booked in the system (up to a maximum of 10 per boat) and paied as extra.
• local host: she will stay with from arroval area at the airport until you reach your accomodatoin in Venice downtown.

Not included 

Porter from the airport terminal to the pier (if needed). 
Porter from where the water taxi will dock in Venice straight to your final destination (if needed). 

Tips are not included by highly appreciated.
