Coffee Roasting: a roastmaster will open the door of his own lab, and he’ll unveil (more or less) all his secrets about coffee and all concerning coffee. You will see the roasting process, different roasts, different beans, different coffee processes, and of course you will taste something from a variety of cappuccino, espresso, filter, macchiato and many more, in the meanwhile a lot of exotic stories and anecdotes will be told.
Patisserie: what’s better than a sweet bite of croissant or a spoon of fruity mousse? we knew it, that’s why we’ll go together to explore a pastry shop and its lab, dipping your teeth in the most soft cakes and pies, creamy or crunchy bites of the most typical Italian desserts.
Bakery: now is the time for a soft loaf or for a crusty bread, flavored breadstick, milk, olive, pumpkin bread, little pizza and puffy raisin breads, maybe still warm, perfect if your hands are a little bit cold, perfect for your hungry belly.
