Our driver will be in from your place waiting for you and for this fantastic day together up and down the Bologna hills.
The first experience of the day will be in a biodynamic Winery& Farm, where you will visit the winery, then the vegetable garden and the close pigs, living in a free farm way. After that you will be perfectly conscious for the delicious tastings of all the products coming from this place, such as local wines, fresh vegetables from its garden and then the homemade production of Salame and other cued meats, with pieces of Parmigiano cheese and fresh baked bread.
Later you will go to Savigno, which is a little hamlet, well known for truffles (both black and white ones) and you could have the chance to visit a family run winery & farm, where you can definitely have a rest, relax a little bit and recharge your battery with a 5 courses lunch, with a menu based on truffles, perfect matched with wines, too. [you can also choose a vegetarian menu (no truffle based, in this case) or a gluten free menu]. And, now you are fully recharged, it will be the time for being - for about 1 hour - the perfect truffle hunter, together with a licensed one and his dog, and in the meanwhile you could learn a lot about this activity. Unbelievable!!!!
