DESCRIPTION: Intense flavor of white fruit (apple, pear), honey and  mimosa  flower. Dry taste with typical bitter aftertaste.

Medium body and perfect acidity.

BEST WITH: Ideal as aperitif, with starter, fish dishes, eggs and vegetarian dishes.

• VINEYARDS: Garganega Veronese grapes strictly selected.
• HECTARES PRODUCTION: 120 q/ha
• HARVEST: Hand - harvest of mature grapes with a high sugar content.
• VINIFICATION: Soft pressing, quick maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature.
• AGING: in Inox tanks.
• COLOR: Light yellow with golden reflex.
• ANALYSIS: Alcohol 13 % Vol; Total Acidity: 5,7 g/l; Sugar Residual: 6 g/l.
• SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C while still young

The farm business was born in 2001 for a bet of a man, Franco Elampini: producing good wine  with the  grapes of his own fields, just how it used to be in the past.

In the heartland of Valpolicella, the wine cellar Vigna ‘800 houses the finest wines of our tradition.
