DESCRIPTION: Our Rosé has a delicate pink color with fine bubbles that are persistent and numerous and a creamy foam. The bouquet surprises us with a collection of scents ranging from roses, berries and pomegranates.
The freshness and flavor then continues with fruitiness and a soft finish.

• COLOR: Delicate rosy color
• GRAPE: 90% Merlot, 10% Pinot Nero 
• PRODUCTION AREA: Hills of Asolo DOCG about 700 ft. above sea level, southern exposure, well ventilated
• SOIL: Iron oxide of the Mindel period layered with clay loam and a characteristic reddish color
• HARVEST: Early, towards the end of August.
• SPARKLING PROCESS AND REFINEMENT: The grapes are pressed gently and separated from the must immediately. Then it is fermented at low temperatures to preserve the aromas. The Martinotti/Charmat method and refined in the bottle for at least 120 days before consumption 
• TOTAL ACIDITY: 5,8%
• ALCOHOL: 10,5% vol.
• SUGARS: 16 g/l
• SERVING TEMPERATURE: 42-46°F
• STORAGE: Store in a cool place at a temperature lower than 59°F  and in a vertical position
