E… lisa Igt vino spumante brut rosato – Venturini

The nose suggests luscious memories of currants, wild strawberries and pink roses, alternating with iodized notes.

The entry on the palate is taut, fresh and full-flavored, pleasingly tickled by the tiny bubbles, but followed by a softer, more delicately fruity mouth that accompanies the tail of the sip.

The wine has a sweet but strong character, just like our mother, Elisa, to whom this wine is dedicated.

BEST WITH: E…lisa Spumante is perfect for an appetizer of vegetables, deli meats and moderately aged cheeses.

We like to serve it with stuffed tomatoes and fried bread dough balls and zucchini that we make according to our mother’s recipe.
 

GRAPE VARIETIES: Corvina 70% Rondinella 20% Corvinone 10%

Harvested by hand, generally in the first decade of October

VINIFICATION: Roll pressed with destemming - racking off after 12 hours of cold maceration on the skins - fermentation off the skins - second fermentation with the Charmat method at 15°C for 20 days.
 

Azienda Agricola Venturini is located in San Floriano which is a village in part of the town of San Pietro in Cariano (Verona). It was established in 1963 and continues to grow thanks to love, experience and hard work of three generations.

Beginning with Grandfather Antonio who passed it onto his son Massimino, who in turn placed it in the hands of his children: Daniele carefully follows the wine making process, Mirco passionately takes care of the vineyards and Giuseppina manages the business sector.
